Project Description: A wine and agricultural tourism facility, located in the heart of the Finger Lakes, designed to introduce visitors to the region’s local wine and agriculture. This facility includes a restaurant, demonstration and teaching kitchens, wine tasting room, museum and gift shop.

Project Description: A 5,000 square foot bank branch designed to LEED requirements. This project included a geothermal heat pump system and a rain water catchment system. The goal of this project was to achieve a Silver rating. The ultimate result was a Gold rating.

Project Description: This facility included a 5,000 square foot light assembly space. In the light assembly space, clients are trained in job skills and perform contract assembly and packaging. The headquarters facility is equipped with a cafeteria, operated in part by clients, a bank, an art studio, music studio, fitness area and a therapy pool and an occupational therapy area where independent life skills are taught.

Project Description: Design of a 9,000 square foot spa for an existing hotel. This spa included treatment rooms, saunas, and steam rooms.

Project Description: Renovation of the public lobby space, including the front desk, lobby area, seating area, restaurant and lounge.
